Photographer documents immigration and life inside detention facility

PBS NewsHour - U.S. authorities reported that there have been more than two million apprehensions at the southern border in the last year, a record high.

Since 2018, photographer Pablo Allison has documented the human stories behind these statistics. Laura Barrón-López talked to Allison about his project for our arts and culture series, "CANVAS."
